What we hold, and what we don’t

This page is a plain-language summary. It is not a substitute for the signed terms your account is governed by, which you receive when your store goes live.

What we store

• Your store content: products, photos, descriptions, prices, policies.
• Order records: what was bought, the delivery address, and the status of the parcel.
• Customer messages handled on your behalf, kept so you can read what was said and why.
• A log of every automated action, with the reason attached to it.

What we never hold

• Your customers’ money. Payments settle to your own bank account through the payment provider. We are not in the flow of funds.
• Full card numbers. Those stay with the payment provider.
• Your ad budget. Ads run on your own ad account, with your own card.

Taking your data out

Products, photos, descriptions, customers and order history export in one click, at any time, including after you cancel. Ask for a deletion and we remove the store data within 30 days, keeping only what tax law requires us to keep.
